It looks like the folks at Ludicorp have been busy. Check out the wonderful new design of Gameneverending.com.

Maybe I missed this earlier, but did you see that you can email anyone in the player directory?

Ivy - funny, I noticed that a while after the end of the world I went to look at the discussion board and Jesus was shown as “currently playing”….

How come not everyone got booted out at the same time? =) How come Capo and Jesus got to stay much longer than the rest? Was there a secret meeting with God? heehee

I don’t think the Devs have a “boot all” button; they have to boot people one at a time. At the end of the game, there were probably so many people playing that it took a while to get everyone booted.

Is it actually a manual process of booting people one by one?! I’d always assumed it was just a power hit to the server or something mundane like that…

I thought all they did was flip a button or hit “Ctrl-Alt-Del” or some other sort of key combination to take us to the Eric-Screen of Death.

What I suspect is that they booted everyone but didn’t shut the game down instantly, and the few people that snuck on did so in that little period of buffer time.

I almost got back in too … and I would have too if it weren’t for those meddling Devs.
