Ok. I was supposed to write about the new items that were added last Friday, but I was a little unfocused. I started the post, got side tracked, and just returned to it today (primarily because I just got back into town, and the game was down). The subject now seems a little dated. I’m sorry, Selva.

I have taken advantage of the GNE (crash? forced moratorium?) hiatus to accomplish some things I have intended to do for a while. Top of the list has been to visit more of the weblogs of fellow GNErs. All I have to say is what a talented group! I highly recommend the intellectual journey. I have said many times that GNE is my oasis, and if you visit these sites, you will know why. ‘blog on, people!

In case you were wondering what my loser butt is doing posting on Christmas day, I was visiting at my sister’s house in Richmond, IN, but returned this afternoon to keep from being stranded by the snowstorm. So now I am in my office having a surprisingly delightful time consuming a veggieburger and several bowls of tea while posting this and listening to 3WK. Don’t worry, I’m not really missing anything family oriented - our big get together is going to be a sleepover at my brother’s house this weekend.

Wishing everyone a safe and joyful holiday! I’m going to try the game again.

The social network explorer is a really nice way to find folks’ sites. I did a touch of that myself!
