Well…technically the #1 piece of real estate in terms of price is the City Undersea Lot #7 owned by Mina.

But it only has 2 rooms, you don’t have any neighbors, and it’s far from the main city. Soo, I chose my current residence over that one, therefore my position as #1 on the listings is more fortuitous than deliberate.

Fortuitous…my present #1 ranking on social index also falls under this category - I have not tried to “improve” my social index in any way.

I am now purchasing a ticket to go to Las Vegas.
